Will Kendal

Mr. Kendal joined the KY3P team in December 2018, He works with current and prospective customers, strategic partners, regulators and product delivery teams to identify opportunities to maximize the potential of the product in EMEA markets. Previously he worked in business continuity and information security at Ipreo, a business acquired by IHS Markit in 2018. Mr. Kendal has worked in financial technology since 2000, first at Dealogic and then at Ipreo, where he built platforms used by investment banks in the global equity and fixed income primary markets. He holds an LLB in Law with German Law from King's College London, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute.

Peter Pernebo

KY3P is a third party risk management SaaS data and information hub, designed in close cooperation with six large multinational banks to provide standardization and efficiency to the third party due diligence process. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2018, Mr. Pernebo was a Partner with Vistrada LLC and spent eight years leading various engagements with a Goldman Sachs third party risk management office, establishing vendor management policies, procedures and program support infrastructure. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Pernebo was region vice president for Totality, providing major ecommerce organizations critical infrastructure operations support.Mr. Pernebo headed the North East branch with responsibilities for sales, service delivery and consulting. As part of the executive leadership team, Mr. Pernebo held responsibilities for product and growth strategies. Totality was acquired by Verizon Business in 2008 and Mr. Pernebo led the integration of Totality services into the existing service offering.

Alex Golbin

Alex Golbin is the Global Head of Assessment Services for KY3P, the first centralized third party risk management data hub. Based in New York, Mr. Golbin leads the firm's Vendor Risk Assessment utility, which helps banks improve risk posture, meet evolving regulatory requirements and reduce cost. With more than 20 years of expertise in IT transformation and financial services, Mr. Golbin joins IHS Markit from BNY Mellon, where he most recently served as Global Head of Technology for Third Party Governance. Mr. Golbin was recruited by BNY Mellon in 1998, overseeing a progressive array of responsibilities in IT management, including cost optimization, quality assurance, process improvement and risk mitigation. As a recognized expert in vendor engagement across financial services, Mr. Golbin is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and regularly publishes thought leadership. He holds an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Mr. Golbin is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Simon Chard

Prior to joining IHS Markit in May 2021, Mr Chard was a Partner at PwC based in London. Mr Chard is an experienced and trusted Board level advisor to a wide range of globally significant financial institutions. He has advised on technology strategy, resilience, risk, control and assurance models. He led the global enterprise resilience proposition at PwC and has worked with clients across APAC, the Middle East, North America and Europe. He has held senior leadership roles in the Technology, Data and Analytics group and in the Banking & Capital Markets group of PwC.Mr. Chard has extensive experience in designing, transitioning and leading managed service programmes to drive efficiency in large clients. He has provided evidence to the UK Treasury Select Committee, been appointed on multiple occasions as a Skilled Person to conduct UK financial services regulatory reviews and advised the Prudential Regulation Authority. Prior to joining PwC, he established and led the third-party risk practice at Deloitte for five years. In this role he worked with clients across a range of industries including government, life sciences, technology and media and oil and gas. He holds a BSc in Industrial Business Systems, an MBA from Warwick and is a qualified chartered accountant.
