Randy Rischard

Mr. Rischard manages short-term market intelligence and related product development for the Gas, Power, and Energy Futures team, including data, news, and price indexes. He started his career in energy almost 30 years ago working first for Williams and then ONEOK. He was previously vice president of data and analysis for Energy Central, where he built a line of interactive, integrated energy data and analysis products now owned by Penwell. Prior to that he was codirector of SNL Energy, a division of SNL Financial (now S&P Global Market Intelligence) created with SNL's acquisition of Io Energy-an energy information company Mr. Rischard founded and ran as president and CEO. Prior to Io Energy, Mr. Rischard was publisher and ran the largest division of Financial Times Energy, which was acquired by S&P Global Platts in 2001. Mr. Rischard holds a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University, United States.

Jack Weixel

Jack is a Senior Director with S&P Global Commodity Insights and plays a key role in product development and client support focused on modeling real-time, short-term and long-term forecasts of natural gas supply, demand and storage. He comes to S&P Global from OPIS where he helped build that company's first ever natural gas fundamentals service, the PointLogic Energy Suite. Prior to joining OPIS and S&P Global, Jack was a director for Bentek Energy, managing its North American Natural Gas, European Gas, and GIS business units in addition to serving on the company's Senior Leadership Team. He previously led the company's Client Services division along with the company's Midcontinent and Canadian natural gas desks. Before joining Bentek in 2006, Jack spent seven years as a senior energy regulatory consultant for the EOP Group, Inc. in Washington, DC after working in the U.S. Senate.Jack holds a Master in Business Administration from George Washington University and a degree in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He also serves on the board of directors for Energy Outreach Colorado and Denver CASA.

Nikolay Filchev

Nikolay has nearly ten years of experience doing energy research at S&P Global Commodity Insights. He currently focuses on market fundamentals for the US Gulf Coast and Southeast regions and follows developments with regards to LNG and exports to Mexico. He has also covered the Lower Mid-Continent and the Rockies regions. He has managed or contributed to many applied consulting assignments covering natural gas procurement strategies for industrial, electric and liquefied natural gas end-users, storage value drivers, interstate pipeline systems' competitiveness, scenarios and others.When he began his S&P Global career, Nikolay was responsible for residential, commercial, and industrial gas demand modeling for the US Lower 48 and Canada. Before joining S&P Global he worked for the economic consulting company LECG, where he performed econometric, statistical, and financial analysis and industry research in support of expert witness reports and testimony. Nikolay holds a BA from Occidental College and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Warren Waite

Warren Waite, director, S&P Global Commodity Insights, is an expert in North American natural gas markets. He has in-depth and broad knowledge of regional supply, demand, and price dynamics across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He has written numerous insights on regional gas market dynamics. He has presented on natural gas, power, NGLs, and oil topics at industry conferences, trade groups, and private events. Before joining S&P Global, Warren was manager of North American gas and power content for Platts and Bentek Energy, where he oversaw a team of analysts and shared editor duties for newsletters and reports. Earlier in his energy career, he held positions with several marketing and trading organizations in Chicago, Illinois, and Houston, Texas, where he managed scheduling desks, valued structured transactions and assets, and traded physical natural gas within the Gulf Coast, Midwest, and Northeast.Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University, United States, and an Energy Risk Professional designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Callie Kolbe

Callie Kolbe focuses on US natural gas markets. Mrs. Kolbe analyzes supply and demand fundamentals, transportation infrastructure, storage and the outlook for gas prices. She follows regional energy policy and its impact on regional gas markets. Mrs. Kolbe contributes regularly to regional gas market profiles and the North American Natural Gas Short-Term Outlook. Previously, she focused on modeling EIA gas storage and led the weekly storage outlook service for PointLogic, IHS Markit's single interactive source for real-time market monitoring and short-term analysis for the North American natural gas markets. Before joining IHS Markit, Mrs. Kolbe was a gas market analyst at Bentek Energy where she was responsible for covering regional fundamental analysis for the US Rocky Mountains and Midwest. Mrs. Kolbe holds a BA from Tufts University and an MS from the Colorado School of Mines.

Matthew began his career with S&P Global, where he led the development of natural gas demand forecasts, researched the relationship between oil and natural gas prices, and followed the western North American regional gas market. Matthew is a director with the Gas, Power & Climate Solutions team within S&P Global Commodity Insights. He has more than 15 years of progressive experience across the energy value chain and covers North American regional natural gas dynamics, in addition to helping shape the overall market view. Topics of recent reports focus on the evolution of the natural gas landscape, including the critical role of infrastructure and shifting price relationships. Projects have included modeling cash flows from proposed infrastructure investments; generation portfolio assessment; gas procurement strategies; due diligence for power and LNG facilities; and pipeline competitiveness.Matthew has breadth and depth of knowledge across the energy value chain and has held posts covering fundamental and quantitative research, energy trading analytics, trade control, risk management, and business development. Alan Lammey

Mr. Lammey's area of specialty is in US natural gas prices and price-setting mechanisms that influence price direction (futures and spot markets). As a certified weather forecaster, he also has more than a decade of experience in analyzing how weather patterns and modeling impact natural gas supply, demand, and storage. Mr. Lammey has 25 years of experience working in the energy futures and physical markets. As a formerly licensed stock, options, and commodities broker in the 1990s, he also offers keen insight into the financial side of the energy markets, particularly as to how and why market participants may be positioning themselves into various futures and derivative positions based on technical drivers as well as underlying macro and micro fundamental catalysts. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2013, Mr. Lammey was a senior energy markets analyst for Energy Intelligence Group, where he produced daily written analysis on the US oil and natural gas markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business from the University of Houston, United States.
