Cynthia Poynter

​A recognized expert on oil and gas infrastructure globally, she joined the company in 1998 to develop the Energy Infrastructure and Markets Database, providing key information on the location, capacity and ownership of oil & gas transportation, processing and primary market facilities. The product is now used by a large majority of international oil and gas companies. ​Ms. Poynter was a vice president of international business development for Bonner & Moore Management Science and served as the director of European petroleum market consulting in the firm's Wiesbaden, Germany office. Ms. Poynter started her professional career in DuPont's Engineering Services Division and holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky, United States. ​​

Karl Lindstrom

He is an expert in oil and gas midstream infrastructure with more than 10 years of experience working for IHS Markit in a number of roles. He has served on the research, technical support and business development teams for energy, oil, gas, power & utilities, and infrastructure markets across the globe. Currently, he serves as a subject matter expert and product specialist for the Energy Infrastructure and Markets Database. Mr. Lindstrom holds a Master of Science in Business and Management from Stockholm University and a master's degree from Lund University, both in Sweden.

He has more than two decades of experience in energy market research and information management. Mr. Chaudhury is responsible for strategic advice and direction pertaining to the Energy Infrastructure & Markets product suite. He led a team of analysts who research the midstream space across Australasian, Middle East & Indian Sub-Continent.​Mr. Chaudhury holds a bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur, India, and and a Master of Business Administration (Oil and Gas) from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, India.​​
