To resolve any client issues, he provides Tier 3 onsite and remote access support and mentoring for clients and internal staff. Stacy Hendrickson teaches Petra and Enerdeq classes in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, also providing onsite assistance when needed. In addition to being a contributing writer for the Petra manual, she works with Petra developers on client issues, testing, research, bugs and enhancements. Previously, she answered client software questions via phone and email – as part of the Petra support team, creating workflow help materials for clients, and bug testing for development. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2009, she worked in the housing industry doing builder education, event management and coordination, advertising, written communications, and served as a community relations and governmental affairs liaison. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University, United States.

Jenga Ngalawa, Ph.D., provides training and geoscience workflows support to IHS Markit customers in the Americas, focusing on Kingdom and Petra. As an experienced geologist and geophysicist, he is able to address day-to-day issues and give onsite and offsite support, as well as mentoring. Due to his experience, sometimes he is called upon to help customers in other parts of the world as well. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Dr. Ngalawa was a senior geoscientist working on the new generation 3-D geological interpretation software development and workflows solutions team at Austin GeoModeling (2007-2010); a senior geologist in the exploration technology and Gulf of Mexico deep-water development groups at Kerr-McGee/Anadarko Petroleum (2003-2007); a geoscientist in the reservoir software (GeoFrame) commercialization group at Schlumberger (2000-2003). Dr. Ngalawa attained a Master of Science and Ph.D. in geology from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science in geology awarded by University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. - Glen Penfield, Principal – Customer Solutions

Glen Penfield provides training and Tier 3 support to US customers, focusing on the Kingdom suite, as well as Petra. With more than 8 years of industry experience, he addresses client day-to-day issues and gives onsite support when required. Prior to joining the company in January 2014, Glen gained field experience at Fugro GeoConsulting Ltd., where he assisted with seismic data interpretation. He collected sediment samples and rhizome testing for geochemical analysis and assisted with core descriptions. He previously was with Chicxulub Geosciences, a consultancy group that offers strategic planning for international O&G companies in Latin America and Africa. Glen earned a Bachelor of Science in geology at Sam Houston State University, US. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to assisting multiple teams with difficult troubleshooting efforts. In addition to mentoring colleagues with geological workflows, technology and troubleshooting, he delivers public and private training classes and client consulting. He collaborates with IHS Markit product development, sales and product management teams with which he has worked since 2008. Previously John worked for MASERA Corporation, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Monarch Petroleum. - Ken Moore is the Associate Director of Clients Services at IHS Markit. Project management, installation and deployment of the applications Kingdom and Petra are the focus of Client Services. Ken teaches the System Administration and Data Management classes for the G&G applications. He mentors clients and leads training classes in the basic functionality of the software packages for new clients. Ken is working with the development staff at IHSM on the cloud implementation in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Prior to joining IHS, now IHS Markit, in 2003, he gained more than 20 years of industry experience working with Reservoir Characterization Research and Consulting, Inc., in Denver, Colorado, as a network administrator and as a sales engineer in Midland and as a field engineer in Victoria, Texas, on Schlumberger assignments, as well as with Wireline Recruiter Americas in Houston, Texas. Based in Mexico City, Mexico, Tanya Badillo provides Tier 3 support to regional clients in Mexico and northern Latin America. She addresses day-to-day issues for Kingdom users and gives onsite support when required. She participates in pre-sales presentations and regional conferences and provides after-sale support to customers. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in intermediate Portuguese. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2017, Tanya was part of IRT consultancy group, representing international O&G companies in Mexico. She provided project management, evaluating the risks and opportunities for new and old E&P companies to open businesses, and promoted the use of specialized technologies in Mexico’s mature fields. Tanya earned a Master of Science in petroleum exploration geoscience at the University of Manchester, UK, and she has a Bachelor of Science in geophysical engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Mexico. Based in Dubai, Ahmed Nabawy provides Tier 3 support to IHS Markit customers in the Middle East and Africa. He helps to address day-to-day issues and smooth the process of data migration from competitive platforms to Kingdom. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Ahmed was a senior software support specialist at SMT’s channel partner in Egypt (2005-2010). He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in geology from Menoufia University and a diploma in petroleum geology from the University of Ain Shams in Egypt. Based in the UK, Olusegun (“Segun”) Kolawole, is an astute geoscientist with excellent experience and up-to-date knowledge of the oil and gas life cycle, from exploration through appraisal and development. His 11 years of industry experience cuts across oil and gas geosciences, geotechnical engineering, near-surface geophysics, and academics R & D. He joined the company in 2012. Segun’s in-depth knowledge of geology and geophysics has helped immensely in delivering technical training and mentoring of geoscientist and engineers. Some of his areas of expertise includes 2D/3D seismic interpretation, geological interpretations, well synthetic modeling, seismic attributes generations, AVO, velocity modeling and basic petrophysical analysis.
Segun enjoys providing high level post-sales technical support for Kingdom software applications to clients within Europe, Africa and occasionally the US and Asia. He also contributes exceptional ideas and outlined functionality workflows, aimed at improving Kingdom Geoscience as a viable energy analytical tool for the oil/gas and renewable energy programs. Coupled with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, he has delivered pre-sales demos and C-level presentations to top management of various organizations. Iin Fransisca provides Kingdom training and Tier 3 support for IHS Markit customers in Australia, New Zealand and APAC. Utilizing 13 years of industry experience, she aids pre-sales demos and customer support before and after the sale to address their day-to-day issues, as well as give onsite support when required. Prior to joining IHS Markit in September 2016, Iin worked at Chevron Australia for three years as an operational geophysicist/well planning geoscientist working on subsurface drilling hazard assessment of exploration wells and assisting VSP work. Earlier, she held various roles, including technical support as well as geological and geophysical consulting onsite at Landmark-Halliburton for eight years, following a year in Indonesia at PT Elnusa Geoscience Processing. Joseph Gnapragasan is a petroleum geologist with 10 years of experience in the geoscience software industry, having worked for Kingdom for eight years in support and training. He has provided online support, especially training and mentoring in advance workflows, to clients in the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar and Australia. He holds a master’s degree in petroleum geology and is experienced in all aspects of the geoscience workflow cycle, from exploration through to production. He excels in generating workflows for interpretation, presentations on product functionalities and troubleshooting of issues. Jon Sartell leads the Geoscience Client Services team that delivers commercial and non-commercial software, systems and data management services for Petra and Kingdom customers globally. Mr. Sartell joined IHS during the 2011 acquisition of Seismic Micro Technology, now part of IHS Markit. Previously, Jon worked as a geophysicist with Conoco and as an instructor with Schlumberger. His industry experience covers both exploration and operation – encompassing seismic acquisition; field crew work; geophysical exploration in the Gulf of Mexico and onshore Gulf Coast; field operations work, systems and software support, data management deployment and software instruction, customer service and project delivery. He earned a Bachelor of Science in geology from Wheaton College, Illinois and a Master of Science in geophysics from Pennsylvania State University, both United States.

He has served in technical support and client services as a software support specialist, trainer and mentor for more than 16 years. He supports software installation engagements for customers either onsite or remotely. John has more than 40 years of industry experience, spent with Chevron, ARCO Oil and Gas, ARCO International and FINA Oil and Chemical and others, serving as an analytical, development or exploration geologist. He led teams that evaluated and appraised large regional portions of onshore/offshore GOM and multiple international concessions that resulted in significant natural gas discoveries, also serving as an adjunct geology instructor for a local community college. Simon Davies provides training and advanced support to clients worldwide. He delivers and creates technical demonstrations for both pre- and post-sales opportunities. He is a primary creator of basic and advanced training material for IHS Markit software products, including Piper, Harmony RTA and VirtuWell. Before joining IHS Markit in 2011, he worked in high-tech manufacturing performing Sun Solaris (UNIX) scripting and quality assurance testing on interactive voice response (IVR) systems. He had joined Fekete Associates in the middle of an oil boom and subsequently got involved with testing and developing coal bed methane and nodal analysis software. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Dalhousie University, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in petroleum technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada.

Silvia is a certified trainer for DeclinePlus and RTA and has general expertise in VirtuWell, WellTest and Evolution. Silva joined IHS Markit in 2014. Previously, she worked for Halliburton as a drilling consultant covering projects in Hungary and Nigeria and supported the Landmark drilling software. Silvia holds a Master of Science in international business management from Kingston University, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander, Colombia, including an exchange student program in petroleum engineering at University of Oklahoma, United States. Ali Awada provides technical support for IHS Markit customers around the world, including in-depth workflow-to-analysis support in unconventional rate transient analysis (RTA), pressure transient analysis (PTA) including drawdown/build-up, injection/falloff and minifrac. He develops training material, demonstration examples and supplemental support documentation for both Harmony and WellTest software and delivers training in Canada. His primary focus is Harmony training (RTA and DeclinePlus), with secondary focus on WellTest, Harmony (VirtuWell and CBM) and Perform. His engineering work experience of more than six years encompasses petroleum software support and training, working as a technical sales engineer in the hydraulic fracturing industry, and serving as a market and supply analyst forecasting gas supply, pool discoveries and economics for the TransCanada pipeline network. - Layla Mahmood is a technical sales engineer for IHS Markit based out of the London Ropemaker Office, and provides pre-sales and post-sales support for the reservoir engineering software. Layla is a graduate from the University of Portsmouth in Petroleum Engineering and joined IHS Markit in 2017. Covering Europe, Middle East and Africa, Layla presents value-focused presentations of engineering software to current and prospective clients, while also creating materials such as video case studies of engineering workflows and theory. Layla works with clients, supporting them with their engineering challenges and delivers software training courses, with her specialism primarily lying in rate transient analysis and specialist data analysis.

- Alireza Haghighat is a senior technical advisor and trainer for Engineering Solutions at IHS Markit. He is trainer for Reservoir (RTA)/ Forecast and can provide support for WellTest and Optimize. Prior to joining IHS, he was a senior reservoir engineer at Eclipse/Montage resources for almost 5 years. As a reservoir engineer, he was involved in rate transient analysis of unconventional assets (Utica and Marcellus), asset development, hydraulic fracture and reservoir simulation, well performance evaluation with data analytics, DFIT analysis and reserve evaluation. Alireza had been adjunct faculty at Pennsylvania State University (PSU) since 2015, teaching courses in Petroleum Engineering/Energy, Business and Finance departments. He received PhD in petroleum and natural gas engineering from West Virginia University and master’s degree is petroleum engineering from Delft university of Technology.

He delivers training and provides worldwide support for IHS Markit petroleum engineering software. Before joining IHS Markit, he worked in different roles as a production and reservoir engineer. He holds an applied bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada.

Henry Akpan provides technical support to IHS Markit engineering software customers in EMEA region on Harmony, PERFORM and SubPUMP. He has been one of the key instructors on SubPUMP and PERFORM software for many years and have recently transitioned to cover reservoir engineering software such as Harmony Forecast and Harmony Reservoir.
He is a petroleum engineer with over 18 years’ experience in oil and gas exploration and production business: in the areas of artificial lift, well services/pressure pumping & stimulation, digital oilfield development –software programming and testing. Henry have worked on several production optimization & well services including artificial lift projects in West Africa, Europe and Middle East. He spent one year in BJ Services Company Corporate University in Tomball, Texas learning and carrying out laboratory and field work on completion designs, production challenges and flow assurance
issues/solutions and stimulation. He had worked on digital oilfield development and deployment for 2 global operators while with Infosys and Wipro Technologies and help in integrating data from field operations into models for team collaboration and quick decision making. He holds B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees from University of Port Harcourt and Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh respectively as well as a diploma in Scientific Programming (Object-oriented programming). - Muhammad Atif is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over 16 years of engineering experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He joined IHS Markit (IHSM) Canada as Sr. Technical Advisor and provides engineering support to IHS Markit clients worldwide primarily focused on Harmony Enterprise including Reservoir (RTA), Forecast, Optimize, Harmony Analytics, Virtuwell along with other IHSM petroleum engineering platforms like Perform and Welltest (PTA). He is also a certified trainer for Harmony Enterprise Reservoir and delivers courses to clients locally and via remote virtual platform globally. He possess excellent reservoir and production engineering acumen with practical experience on unconventional and conventional assets spanning over multi stage horizontal frac, SAGD and CSS technologies. He holds a Master degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
