- Adedapo Ajibade, Principal Customer Solution Advisor
Adedapo Ajibade is a software trainer who focuses on Kingdom software applications. He has prior experience teaching Petra and Harmony (DeclinePlus). He has been in Customer Solutions since he joined the company 2008 and provides mentoring and technical support to IHS Markit clients. Adedapo earned a Master of Science in geology at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, United States, and a Bachelor of Science in geology at Federal University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.
- Dennis R. Earl, Principal Customer Solution Advisor - Customer Care Advisor & Client Services
Dennis Earl provides training and Tier 3 support to IHS Markit clients in the Americas (and, as needed supports EMEA & APAC). With more than 32 years of industry experience, he offers valued after-sale service for customers and can readily address day-to-day issues, including onsite support when required. Previously, he was a system analyst at Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. for 13 years, where he supported various geoscience and engineering applications. Dennis gained 18 years of operator experience when he was with ConVest Energy Corp, Templeton Energy, and North American Royalties Corp., as well as Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Science in geology at Morehead State University, United States.
- Shady Elkadri, Associate Director - Customer Care Advisor
Shady Elkadri presents training and Tier 3 pre-sales and post-sales customer support and training for Kingdom and GeoSyn, as well as customized classes. To resolve any client issues, he provides Tier 3 onsite and remote access support and mentoring for clients and internal staff. He assists with pre-sales software trials and supports customers who are transitioning to Kingdom from other geoscience interpretation applications. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2014, Shady worked in support and training at Divestco Inc. for two years. He earned a double Bachelor of Science in geophysics and physics at the University of Calgary, Canada.
- Stacy Hendrickson, Senior Client Services Specialist
Stacy Hendrickson teaches Petra and Enerdeq classes in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, also providing onsite assistance when needed. In addition to being a contributing writer for the Petra manual, she works with Petra developers on client issues, testing, research, bugs and enhancements. Previously, she answered client software questions via phone and email – as part of the Petra support team, creating workflow help materials for clients, and bug testing for development. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2009, she worked in the housing industry doing builder education, event management and coordination, advertising, written communications, and served as a community relations and governmental affairs liaison. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University, United States.
- Meghan Howard, Associate Director – Customer Solutions and Training
Meghan Howard provides client training and mentoring for Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. Often, she assists clients to transition from Petra to Kingdom Geology, and she is involved with the Tops (GDS) team at IHS Markit focusing on correlating and interpreting the Wolfcamp and Niobrara unconventional plays. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2014, Meghan gained operations experience as an intern doing log correlation and mapping at EPL Oil & Gas Inc. She graduated from the University of Missouri, United States, in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in geological sciences.
- Karen Morgan, Senior Customer Care Advisor
Karen Morgan is an AccuSuite and Enerdeq product specialist with more than 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the company in 2012, Karen worked as a geophysical tech at CNRL. Karen received Bachelor of Science degrees in both environmental geology and geophysics from the University of Calgary. Karen’s focus at IHS Markit is client education and product demonstrations.
- Amber King, Principal – Customer Care Advisor
Amber King provides Tier 3 support and software training for clients and colleagues in Kingdom Suite, Geosyn. This includes onsite mentoring, as well as private and public training classes, focusing on clients in the Permian Region. She is also a technical writer of training manuals for Kingdom classes. She joined IHS Markit in July of 2012 and has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Jenga Ngalawa, Associate Director - Customer Solutions
Jenga Ngalawa, Ph.D., provides training and geoscience workflows support to IHS Markit customers in the Americas, focusing on Kingdom and Petra. As an experienced geologist and geophysicist, he is able to address day-to-day issues and give onsite and offsite support, as well as mentoring. Due to his experience, sometimes he is called upon to help customers in other parts of the world as well. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Dr. Ngalawa was a senior geoscientist working on the new generation 3-D geological interpretation software development and workflows solutions team at Austin GeoModeling (2007-2010); a senior geologist in the exploration technology and Gulf of Mexico deep-water development groups at Kerr-McGee/Anadarko Petroleum (2003-2007); a geoscientist in the reservoir software (GeoFrame) commercialization group at Schlumberger (2000-2003). Dr. Ngalawa attained a Master of Science and Ph.D. in geology from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science in geology awarded by University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Glen Penfield, Principal – Customer Solutions
Glen Penfield provides training and Tier 3 support to US customers, focusing on the Kingdom suite, as well as Petra. He writes the manuals for classes and mentors clients 1-1, in addition to teaching public and private classes. With more than 8 years of industry experience, he addresses client day-to-day issues and gives onsite support when required. Prior to joining the company in January 2014, Glen gained field experience at Fugro GeoConsulting Ltd., where he assisted with seismic data interpretation. He collected sediment samples and rhizome testing for geochemical analysis and assisted with core descriptions. He previously was with Chicxulub Geosciences, a consultancy group that offers strategic planning for international O&G companies in Latin America and Africa. Glen earned a Bachelor of Science in geology at Sam Houston State University, US. Through a joint program of Michigan Technical University and the University of Cape Town, he completed Field Camp in the Cape Fold Belt, South Africa.
- Brittaney Bromberg, Senior Customer Care Advisors Specialist
Brittaney is an AccuSuite Product Specialist on the Canadian Content and Delivery team at IHS Markit located in the Calgay Office. Her main role is to provide exceptional customer service for all clients through Tier 3 Support and Education / Training Classes . Through her role, she also supports our Sales Team by providing demonstrations and training focusing on Geology, Engineering, Land, Frac and Energy Document modules for our clients. Brittaney received her education through the University of Calgary and completed her Bachelor of Science in Geology in 2015. She has over 5 years industry experience ranging from Petroleum Geological Development to Geological Operations. Prior to working for IHS Markit, she worked as a Geology Summer Student and Geologist in Training at Cenovus Energy and a Wellsite Geologist with Chinook Petroleum Consultants. She is currently working towards her designation as a Professional Geoscientist with APEGA.
- Anthony Santos, Senior Customer Care Advisor Specialist
Anthony is an AccuSuite product specialist on the Canadian Content and Delivery team at IHS Markit. His work includes delivering Tier 3 support for users, educating and presenting engineering, geology, and land AccuMap modules/workflows, assisting sales team with demos for new or existing customers, and providing support with land data. Anthony received his education in Calgary, Canada and earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in geology. Anthony is also pursuing his North American Land Administration Mineral Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology while working full time at IHS Markit. Prior to IHS Markit, he was heavily involved in his studies and was president of the Joli Fou Geological Society at Mount Royal University, Canada.
- John Wolff, Associate Director – Geoscience Solutions and Training
John Wolff provides training and Tier 3 support to IHS Markit clients in North America, focusing on Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to assisting multiple teams with difficult troubleshooting efforts. In addition to mentoring colleagues with geological workflows, technology and troubleshooting, he delivers public and private training classes and client consulting. He collaborates with IHS Markit product development, sales and product management teams with which he has worked since 2008. Previously John worked for MASERA Corporation, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Monarch Petroleum. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Northeastern Oklahoma State University and has since completed training in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and a Certificate of Arts in Computer Programming at Tulsa Community College, United States.
- Ken Moore, Associate Director - Client Services
Ken Moore is the Associate Director of Clients Services at IHS Markit. Project management, installation and deployment of the applications Kingdom and Petra are the focus of Client Services. Ken teaches the System Administration and Data Management classes for the G&G applications. He mentors clients and leads training classes in the basic functionality of the software packages for new clients. Ken is working with the development staff at IHSM on the cloud implementation in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Prior to joining IHS, now IHS Markit, in 2003, he gained more than 20 years of industry experience working with Reservoir Characterization Research and Consulting, Inc., in Denver, Colorado, as a network administrator and as a sales engineer in Midland and as a field engineer in Victoria, Texas, on Schlumberger assignments, as well as with Wireline Recruiter Americas in Houston, Texas. Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Marquette University, United States. He completed his Professional Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2015
