With more than 27 years of experience with IHS Markit, he has assisted many clients with significant technology transitions, specializing in the Energy, Design/Construction, PetroChem and supporting industries. Prior to IHS Markit, he worked in high technology companies to include Texas Instruments, Philips N.V., and Electronic Data Systems. Blake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, an IHS President’s Club award winner, 3-time Sales Achievement award winner, and 2-time Distinguished Service award winner.

With more than 18 years of Customer Care experience, she offers valued post-sale service for customers and readily instructs on best practices for consolidating product capabilities to deliver solutions-based ideas and services, often assisting with proper technical configurations, and implementing specialty items. In addition to this, she has 25 years of programming and network management in banking, chemical, and legal organizations. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies, with additional Masters work in Organizational Learning Management.

Cliff currently supports a variety of customers, including the US Navy – he served in the US Navy and Naval Reserves from 1975 to 2005. Cliff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources.

Lana Simic provides support and training to various customers in Aerospace and Defense, Oil and Gas, Energy and many more. Her main focus is on Engineering Workbench and BOM Intelligence platforms. She supports customers in various languages including French, English, and Italian. She has joined IHS Markit in 2010 as Technical Author of Safety Data Sheets and in 2013 transferred over to Engineering and Product Design team as Customer Solution Advisor. Lana earned a Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science in Biochemistry and D.E.C in Chemical Technology.

He has product expertise on Engineering Workbench, BOM Intelligence, CIS and OHSIS delivered in Spanish, English, and Italian. Prior to IHS Markit, Andres worked within the aviation industry for an Airline Carrier, worked within the Tourism sector, and within Supply Chain logistics for a major industrial corporation. Andres graduated from technical school where he focused on Industrial Mechanical studies.

Tina Peterzens provides training and support to IHS Markit clients. She brings 15 years of experience in customer service and management, as well as learning and development. Tina’s main focus is on supporting the Engineering and Product Design product suite, especially Engineering Workbench, BOM Intelligence and UK Solutions delivered in English, German, and Finnish, plus supplementary products including Jane’s and Economics and Country Risk products. Prior to IHS Markit, Tina has a varied range of experience leading service teams and delivering service for a major Technology company as well as a Luxury Goods global brand. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Leadership, as well as a TEFL certificate, qualifying as teaching English as a foreign language.
