Julian Chesser

He is responsible for the franchise across Asia Pacific, including all expansion into China and India. Mr. Chesser joined the firm in 2012 from Fidelity International, where he was COO for Fixed Income based in London. He was the Accountable Executive for a major technology re-stack including risk management and trading. He worked at J.P. Morgan from 1997 to 2002 in London, New York and Milan and was co-head of fixed income operations from 2000. Mr. Julian Chesser holds an LLB from the University of Warwick, UK, and completed his bar finals in London.

Struan Lloyd

This includes Integrated Reporting, IHS Markit's global solution for cross-asset, multi-jurisdictional trade reporting. His responsibilities span strategy, sales and client relations globally. Mr Lloyd joined IHS Markit in 2019 from CME Group, where he was the Head of the APAC Trade Repository in Singapore. Before CME, Mr Lloyd was at DTCC in Singapore where he was APAC Head of Trade Repository sales and relationship management.

Aaron Hallmark

Mr Hallmark has over twenty-five years of technology experience in cross-asset trading, clearing, risk management, and accounting. His experience in analysis, development, project management, and consulting spans the US, Canada, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific; it includes projects with clients such as J.P. Morgan Chase, HSBC, Citi Bank, Morgan Stanley, HKMA, SGX, China Construction Bank, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.Previously, Mr. Hallmark was CEO at Catena Technologies, where he initiated and developed the TRACE trade reporting business. This business was acquired by IHS Markit in April 2020. Prior to Catena Technologies, he spent more than nine years with Calypso Technology, a global financial software and services company focused on cross-asset trading, risk management, and processing. He led Calypso's Professional Services team for the Americas, then became Director of Professional Services, Asia South. Mr. Hallmark has extensive experience as a project manager and director, and in-depth systems delivery knowledge related to OTC and exchange-traded vanilla and derivative products trading, clearing, risk management, and back-office processing.Mr. Hallmark received a BS from Stanford University in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence, as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

Igor Kaplun

Mr. Kaplun has deep expertise in OTC derivatives, G20 regulatory reporting and post trade services.Prior to joining IHS Markit, Mr. Kaplun spent 11 years at CME, most recently as Head of the North America Trade Repository business. In his early career at CME he worked in the data business focusing on data monetization, strategy, licensing and distribution.Mr. Kaplun holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Master's in International Business from the University of Florida.
