Andreas Posavac

Mr. Posavac runs a global team that supports companies and their C-suite and Investor Relations teams as well as their banking and legal advisers with market intelligence, risk analytics and advisory services focused on institutional investors in the lead up to M&A transactions, general meetings or special situations. His team also works with companies to develop a coherent ESG and engagement strategy to follow legal and industry best practice standards and take advantage of the opportunities in sustainable investments and increased ESG integration. Mr. Posavac has deep knowledge of the ESG and corporate governance sensitivities of institutional investors, their relationships to external advisors as proxy advisory and ESG rating firms and can help stakeholders better understand how to address governance and ESG in order to have the greatest impact in minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities in the current capital markets landscape.

Janet Wong

Her team advises corporate issuers in their ESG and corporate governance matters including materiality assessment, ESG Strategy review, governance risk analysis and disclosure and reporting as well all aspects of capital market advisory to enhance engagement with the ESG and governance ecosystem to reduce risks. Prior to her current role, Janet was part of the EOS at Federated Hermes Asia and global emerging markets stewardship team, engaging with listed companies on material ESG topics. Janet also completed a two-year Master of Public Administration degree in Social Impact from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously, she worked for HSBC Global Banking in Hong Kong overseeing global banking relationships with Hong Kong blue chip firms.Janet holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Global Business and Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She is also a CFA charter holder.

Kevin Bourne

Mr. Bourne is deeply involved with solving the ESG data jigsaw puzzle created by the growing need to link multiple frameworks together to capture the most effective library of relevant information. Kevin leads the build out of the IHS Markit data platform that covers both companies & countries ESG profiles. He is particularly focused on the growing engagement by national regulators and supervisory bodies with the establishment of their own ESG frameworks. He manages the internal ESG data repository that cross references fourteen leading frameworks such as UN SDGs, TCFD, SASB, GRI with almost ten thousand ESG data points in addition to the IHS Markit ESG schemas for 7,400 public companies & 211 countries.Previously he was Global Head of Sustainable Investment at LSEG/FTSE Russell and was responsible for implementing their new ESG & Green revenues data models, systems and indexes. Prior to this, Kevin has 25 years' experience in equities trading with his final appointment being as Managing Director & Global Head of Electronic & Portfolio Trading at HSBC. He was a founding member of the EMEA FIX committee whilst trading at Salomon Brothers and has seen the material impact that standards can have on financial markets.

Reza Eftekhari

Reza is an expert in special situations and leads our activism practice in Europe as well as advises clients on their shareholder sensitivities, whether it be in relation to deal support, ESG and corporate governance sensitivities, ESG activism or general meeting preparation.He previously worked at Morrow Sodali as a Director and was responsible for the UK market. He has held key managerial positions within shareholder advisory and consultancy businesses in London including 6 years at Georgeson and 4 years at D.F. King. Since 2007, he has contributed to the success of a large number of high-profile UK and cross-border M&A transactions that were implemented via scheme of arrangement or public tender offers. These deals include the takeover of Liverpool and Manchester City FCs, Lloyds/HBOS, Kraft/Cadbury, British Airways/Iberia, Shell/BG Group, Takeda/Shire and Visa/Earthport. He has also managed and executed a large number of activist mandates, shareholder engagement campaigns and corporate governance projects on behalf of some of the most notable FTSE100 and 250 companies. In 2016 he completed his Executive MBA at the Imperial College Business School in London.

Cherry Chu

Cherry has 5 years of experience in ESG advisory on both equity and debt related projects including ESG Rating assessments, ESG research & integration projects referencing TCFD scenarios, Green Bond research, Engagement and ESG due diligence campaigns for financial institutions, corporates and third-parties.Prior to joining IHS Markit, she was a Green Finance and ESG Analyst with an environmental consulting firm based in Hong Kong. She was involved with the company's green finance and ESG data solutions, working with both investors and companies. Before that, she worked at an ESG risk advisory firm as their ESG Advisor serving clients from the World Bank Group. She was responsible for ESG risk advisory work across the lifespan of investment and developed risk mitigation frameworks.

Sara Abbasi

Ms. Abbasi has worked on projects involving ESG and governance risk assessments, proxy solicitation and M&A campaigns for leading banks and companies mainly in (but not limited to) the French, German and UK markets, with an aim to maximise shareholder participation.Ms. Abbasi has a strong background in journalism and communication, which she is able to use during proxy solicitation and M&A campaigns to create key communications materials for investors on behalf of clients. She has previously utilised communications strategies during contested campaigns to understand investor sentiment, convey key messages to the investor base, encourage shareholder engagement, thus increasing support for clients. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Abbasi worked in the proxy solicitation team at D.F. King Ltd, where the UK was her core market. She has worked on campaigns for Santander, Lloyds, Imperial Brands, L'Oreal, among others.Ms. Abbasi has a Master's degree in Journalism, Media and Globalisation (University of Hamburg) and a Bacherlor's degree in English and German Literature (University of Warwick).
