Andreas Posavac
Mr. Posavac runs a global team that supports companies and their C-suite and Investor Relations teams as well as their banking and legal advisers with market intelligence, risk analytics and advisory services focused on institutional investors in the lead up to M&A transactions, general meetings or special situations. His team also works with companies to develop a coherent ESG and engagement strategy to follow legal and industry best practice standards and take advantage of the opportunities in sustainable investments and increased ESG integration. Mr. Posavac has deep knowledge of the ESG and corporate governance sensitivities of institutional investors, their relationships to external advisors as proxy advisory and ESG rating firms and can help stakeholders better understand how to address governance and ESG in order to have the greatest impact in minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities in the current capital markets landscape.

Kevin Bourne
Mr. Bourne is deeply involved with solving the ESG data jigsaw puzzle created by the growing need to link multiple frameworks together to capture the most effective library of relevant information. Mr. Bourne leads the build out of the IHS Markit data platform that covers both companies & countries ESG profiles. He is particularly focused on the growing engagement by national regulators and supervisory bodies with the establishment of their own ESG frameworks. He manages the internal ESG data repository that cross references fourteen leading frameworks such as UN SDGs, TCFD, SASB, GRI with almost ten thousand ESG data points in addition to the IHS Markit ESG schemas for 7,400 public companies & 211 countries.Previously Mr. Bourne was Global Head of Sustainable Investment at LSEG/FTSE Russell and was responsible for implementing their new ESG & Green revenues data models, systems and indexes. Prior to this, Kevin has 25 years' experience in equities trading with his final appointment being as Managing Director & Global Head of Electronic & Portfolio Trading at HSBC. He was a founding member of the EMEA FIX committee whilst trading at Salomon Brothers and has seen the material impact that standards can have on financial markets.

Kazuhiko Tahara
Mr. Tahara is one of our senior experts working with Japanese and Asian companies on ESG and corporate governance related projects, including general meeting preparation, ESG and governance risks linked to market sentiment, disclosure and reporting as well as materiality and shareholder engagement needsHe has over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry of Japan. Prior to joining IHS Markit in February 2020, Mr. Tahara spent 7 years as serving stewardship and ESG activity promotions including proxy voting at Daiwa Asset Management. Before that, he had several responsibilities including international primary markets, quants, corporate access and compliance at Daiwa Securities. Mr. Tahara earned his bachelor's degree in Economics at Kyoto University and an MBA majoring in Finance at the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.At IHS Markit, Mr. Tahara worked with several corporates on governance and ESG related matters, including Z Holdings (JPN) and LG Chem (KOR).
