Tom Matheson

With more than a decade of experience at IHS Markit, he partners with industry leaders to optimize the use of dividend forecasting in quantitative investment strategies and smart-beta index design. An expert commentator, Mr. Matheson regularly speaks with financial media, and at industry events. He graduated with honors from the University of Exeter, UK, where he studied Business Economics, Financial Accounting and Management Strategy.

Alessandro Ferretti

Mr. Ferretti is responsible for managing product and business development teams and strategic initiatives for dividends, indices and ETFs to service the equity derivatives markets. As product head, he led various initiatives including adopting advanced analytics in the dividend forecasting framework and using dividend estimates for smart beta indices. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Ferretti had experience at Bear Sterns Private Client Services in London, where he assisted clients on alternative investment products. Educated in the UK, Mr. Ferretti holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Business from the Nottingham Trent University and a Master of Science in Global Banking and Finance from Regent's University, London.

Ryan Bransfield

He is responsible for the integrity of estimates and analysis generated by the global Dividend Forecasting team. He joined the firm in 2003, and prior to that worked at Thomson Reuters in the Global Estimates division. Mr. Bransfield graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from University College Dublin, Republic of Ireland. He holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the CFA Society of the UK.
