Oil prices set to rise to $85 a barrel by July

IHS Markit Vice Chairman Dan Yergin tells CNBC-TV that a combination of market fundamentals and geopolitical factors involving Venezuela, Iran and Yemen could lead to an increase in oil prices to as much as $85 a barrel in July when demand is high.
