Previously, he worked in industrial chemical distribution sales at Van Waters and Rogers, serving paints and coatings, food, compounding/formulating and electronics accounts, as well as chemical recycling and disposal services. Mr. Will holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley, California, US, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, US.
