Dr. Reynolds has 20 years of experience as an economist, academic researcher, forecaster and analytics professional. In her current role, she focuses on the housing sector and fiscal policy. Her other areas of expertise include retail, consumer economics, transportation, spatial analysis, econometrics and forecasting, as well as macro, micro and regional economics. Previously, she worked in finance at Staples, directing the team responsible for sales forecasting and budgeting, enhancing the spatial real estate portfolio optimization model and developing predictive analytics solutions. Earlier, she was a principal for Global Insight advisory services consulting group, developing customized forecasts and solutions for numerous clients in financial services, retail, construction and government. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bates College, US, and was awarded a Master of Arts, Master of Philosophy, and Doctorate of Philosophy in Economics from Yale University, US.
