Her expertise includes supply and demand strategies, market opportunity discovery and scenario planning. Ms. Pearl has contributed to IHS Markit multiclient studies, including "Southeast Asia's Energy Future: Balancing Competition and Integration;" "Feeding the Dragon: China's Energy Future;" "Dawn of a New Age: Global Energy Scenarios for Strategic Decision Marking – The Energy Future to 2030;" and "Aligning Rhetoric with Reality: Mexico's Energy Future to 2030." Her recent research includes analysis of the intersection of energy and politics in Latin America. Previously, she led the IHS Markit Mexico energy team in Mexico City and the Southern Cone energy team in Rio de Janeiro. Ms. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts from Boston University, United States.
