Michael McNulty analyzes North American markets for renewable technologies with focus on outlooks for cost and economic competitiveness. Previously, he maintained the day-to-day operations of the Wind Power Plant (Wind O&M) Benchmarking service - providing unique insights through quarterly reports and custom analysis. Before joining IHS Markit, he worked for PowerAdvocate, where he performed spend analysis on supply chain expenses for utility and oil and gas clients. Additionally, he initiated an applied research project to improve the performance of the nickel-iron battery as an energy storage alternative. Mr. McNulty holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, United States, and a Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States.
