Fran Hagarty is an economist in the US Regional Economic Service at IHS Markit.
His responsibilities include preparing forecasts and written economic analysis for Colorado and states in the upper Midwest including Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, as well as their respective metropolitan areas. He also helps spearhead US Regional's use of data analytics and Power BI to make forecast data and visualizations more accessible for clients. Before joining IHS Markit, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from The College of New Jersey, US.
