As an Agri-Food Policy and Sustainability Correspondent, Mr. Gillman reports on the latest news around the European Union's Common Agriculture Policy (CAP), international trade deals, and new environmental or social rules required to operate within the EU's single market. He has also worked as a sustainability consultant for international agri-food businesses, NGOs and government organisations where he helped advance their combined economic, environmental and social agendas. Mr. Gillman has an MA in Journalism and an MSc in Business Sustainability from the University College Dublin's Smurfit Executive Development School in Ireland.
