Analene Enslin is a Technical Research Principal, focused on Upstream asset valuation for Southern and Eastern Africa

Analene joined S&P Global Commodity Insights in April 2021 as a Technical Research Principal focusing on upstream asset valuation in Southern and Eastern Africa, within the Vantage Research and Content Team. Analene's responsibilities include research gathering, reserve estimation, production forecasting, field development planning, cost estimation and economic analysis of assets in the Southern African market for the Vantage analytical platform. She is currently based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Before joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Analene worked for 9 years at the South African national oil company as a Production and Process Engineer. Her duties there focused on reservoir management and active involvement with production strategy, production and process optimization and well intervention planning and execution.

Analene holds a Bachelors and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
