Ms. Droege's expertise include well log analysis and interpretation, geologic mapping and spatial analysis, and commercial valuation of plays and assets. In her current role, her focus is to integrate IHS Markit's extensive geologic, well, and production data using IHS Markit Petra, ESRI ArcMap, and Tableau to identify spatial and economic trends across ~20 major Lower 48 unconventional plays to predict and evaluate future play potential.
Prior to joining IHS Markit Markit, Ms. Droege was a Geologist at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where she identified several recomplete opportunities, as well as areas with geologic upside potential in Central-East Texas on the Austin Chalk-Eaglebine team. Ms. Droege holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and a Master of Science in Geosciences from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado.
