Murad Dovodov

Mr. Dovodov is an expert in valuation and economic analysis. He manages a team of economists responsible for economic, fiscal and regulatory research, analysis and modelling of a wide range of upstream and midstream developments for IHS Markit Vantage asset valuation practice. Mr Dovodov provides valuation, economic analysis and transaction support services to operators, governments and financial institutions assessing investment opportunities across the hydrocarbon value chain. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2015, he spent four years with Baker Hughes Consulting working on commercial and strategic assignments, valuations of assets and businesses, provision of expert opinions, certification of reserves and resources, integrated development and monetisation studies, due diligence, evaluation and selection of businesses in support of market listings, financing and acquisition and divestiture transactions. Mr Dovodov previously worked as an Economics and Corporate Finance Manager for a private equity holding company working on successful acquisition, operation and later divestiture of a substantial assets base in several jurisdictions worldwide. Prior to it he was with Deloitte and ExxonMobil Corporation. Mr Dovodov holds Master of Science in Energy Finance from Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy at the University of Dundee, UK.
