Anusha De Silva

Ms. De Silva, associate director, IHS Markit, focuses on fundamentals analysis for the North American natural gas market. She is editor of the North American Natural Gas Short-Term Outlook, including the regional market analyses, and is a regular author, coauthor, or contributor to IHS Markit North American natural gas research reports. Ms. De Silva also follows natural gas pipeline expansion project developments in North America and is a contributor to the IHS Markit North American Natural Gas Pipeline Expansion Database. Before joining IHS Markit, she was an analyst with Argus Media covering the North American natural gas market, and prior to this she worked at ICIS Heren in London, United Kingdom, where she was editor of the company's European spot gas daily report and covered European gas and electricity markets. Ms. de Silva holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, and a Master of Arts in economics and European studies from the College of Europe, Belgium.
